Keynote speaking has three main ingredients.

Get these right and the rest will follow…

1. Wow the audience – be memorable – be more than “just a speech” someone saw one day
2. Wow the client – we do this in two ways – make their life incredibly easy leading up to event AND nail Step 1
3. Run a business – speaking is so much more than what you do on the platform – it’s everything you do in between talks – learn how to work smarter, not harder so you can do more of what you love (aka Steps 1 and 2)

Most Keynote speakers are incredible at Step 1 but completely miss on 2&3.
